Month Six 
FEBRUARY

In Month 6, we witness the birth of a New Nation--the United States of America--and marvel at the Constitution that secured the rights of a free people. The Bible was said to be the rock of our Republic, so we take a look at the people of the Bible--another free people under God. To understand their story, we must learn to know their neighbors which leads us to a study of the ancient civilizations of Persia, Babylon, Assyria and others. Our nature study leads us to the creepy crawly things of the earth (Insects/Bugs) and our Mother's University topic is Storytelling--a fitting topic for these peoples whose stories have touched the lives of countless people.
